WORK WITH US

Ready to start looking at your chronic issues in a new way?

Book a Remedy Method Discovery Call!

We don’t often get to meet our health care providers before signing on to work with them. Discovery calls are for that exact purpose. They’re free 15-minute meet-and-greet telephone calls to see if we’ll be a good fit. On or after this call, we’ll book your initial evaluation appointments.

When working with Remedy Method:

You’ll find…

  • An anti-diet, anti-ableist, neurodivergent-friendly, anti-racist, LGBTQ+ friendly, all body type-affirming space to heal
  • Evidence-based exploration & support of your body’s ecosystems, genetics, and environmental exposures
  • Exploration & support of health impacts of trauma and other structural barriers to wellness
  • Curiosity, compassion, and self-exploration to examine your own barriers & strengths in order to build a more loving relationship with your body
  • Whole-person care, supporting physical, mental/emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental wellbeing
  • A therapeutic relationship that prioritizes collaboration, consent, authenticity, and transparency
  • Unconditional respect for you as the ultimate expert of you
  • Care that is sensitive to all of your needs and believes in your unconditional worth
  • Connection with ancestral food & healing traditions
  • Advocacy for building out a nurturing care team/support system & forming empowering relationships with them

You won’t find…

  • Coaching tactics that use coercion, guilt, blame, or judgment
  • Classic diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental health issues. That type of care can only be provided by a qualified medical provider.
  • Risky, unsubstantiated, or aggressive support strategies
  • Therapies that target symptoms, but not root causes & underlying imbalances
  • Fluffy or one-size-fits-all “protocols” that don’t take your specific needs, strengths, and circumstances into account
  • Coaching tactics that discourage you from trusting or celebrating your body
  • A framework that views your body as broken, in need of fixing
  • A hierarchical, authoritative approach that places your practitioner above you
  • Pressure to move faster than you and your body are willing or able to
  • Practitioner ego or rugged individualism. A single person can never have all the answers or solutions.
